It is no longer an option to have a website that doesn’t work on multiple screen sizes. More than 80% of your traffic is from a phone to ensure users can view, share and book – no matter how they are viewing your website.
The start date depends on how many sites I have ahead of you. Typically, once a project begins, it takes about 6-8 weeks depending on multiple factors including how quickly you return content and feedback, additional services needed, number of pages and amount of customization needed. I will give you a more accurate timeline during the proposal stage.
Your website is both a monetary and time investment. Pricing is dependent on many factors including the number of properties, destinations and additional services or features you may need.
My signature package includes all the details noted in the and most clients typically invest $3500 – $4500 for a website with five or fewer properties.
I have a less expensive package, The Brand Builder, that begins at $2800. See the FAQ below for details.
I require a deposit of 1/2 down and 1/2 due the week before launch. For larger sites I split this into 1/2, 1/4, and 1/4.
Additional arrangements can be made if necessary.
I think it is best to have your business, marketing and branding strategy aligned before embarking on a web design project. We may be able to work on it all at once, but typically I suggest working on the business challenges before beginning the design.
YES! One of the reasons I started learning how to design websites was because my marketing clients couldn’t figure out how to manage their own site. I use Elementor, a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) front end editor and include video training for you to use to make edits. I have many clients who edit their own website.
Unfortunately, unless I designed your website, I do not feel comfortable editing or adding content to another website, even if they use the same systems I do (WordPress and Elementor) and I rarely have time to take on small projects.
No. I use the WordPress CMS integrated with your PMS. I do not build Squarespace, Wix, Showit, GoDaddy, Lodgify, Owner Rez, etc. websites.

I pride myself on being the face and creator in my business. I work with you one to one. I design the base of your website and have staff build out the pages after approval. I will not pass your site over to a project manager who doesn’t know you or your business.
Additionally, I am not just a website designer. I get to know your business and your goals. I know this industry and give you advice, suggestions and best practices along the way.

The Signature Packages include more branding support, customization, search engine optimization and content assistance. You receive input at every stage of the project. The Brand Builder Package uses one of my current templates that I will brand and make shine with your branding and style guide (or create one you for you.) We work together to choose a template and I provide you with prompts and ideas for each content area. Marketing features and additional support can be added on to the package now or in the future if desired. This is a great option if you are on a budget but want to elevate an existing site.
The Signature Package is a full collaborative effort throughout the first half of the process. Before site begins I need input from you to help determine the look and feel of the site. We meet to discuss your brand vision, your goal for the website and to review any important features you need.
The Brand Builder Package requires all of your content, including images, provided to me before the site work will begin. Additonally you will be required to choose a template and to provide either a logo and brand guide or choose from one of two I create for you.
