What’s included in the 90-Day Road Map?

Here’s how it works:

I start with a form for you to fill out to help me prepare, with questions about your destination, competition, properties, guest experience and the systems you have in place today so I can familiarize myself with your business.

I do an audit of your entire business including a SWOT Analysis based on your goals. I may request additional information from you during this process which takes about a week. At the end of the audit you will receive a Marketing Strategy Road Map, with recommended action steps for the next 90 days. These actions are customized to your skill level, current marketing and your goals.

We then plan a one-on-one call to discuss the roadmap and maek adjustments to your 90-Day action plan. This is where we will dig deeply into your challenge and decide the wisest ways for you to move forward.

We then plan semi-weekly calls structured to take you through your action steps over the next 3 months. These calls are mostly focused on strategy and next actionns rather than individual tools; however, the time is yours to decide.

You have access to me through VOXER messenging app and email for support, hand-holding, how to's and to help you with unanticipated struggles you face. You will have me in your back pocket so to speak.

BONUS:

You will have access to a multitude of course videos and workbooks as well as the ability to join my group coaching live calls focused on marketing tactics. You then have three months of continued access to all of my course videos .

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you help implement (set up social media, write your blog, create a lead magnet, edit your website)?

I charge hourly rates for all of those services and give discounts to current clients who want to hire me for a large project; however, I book well in advance and I’m currently booked through the end of 2023.

How long do I have to book my calls and how long do I have in between calls?

You have until the end of February 2024 to book your first call and your final call must be completed by September 30th 2024. Of course, there are always extenuating circumstances such as illness, etc. I’m not an asshole!

How much is this and are there payment plans?

The 90-Day Road Map is a great investment at only $1200! You get at least 4 hours of my time and attention on your business, additional resources, accountability and goal setting. I have a payment plan available with two $600 payments. Depending on your nightly rate, that should pay for itself in a 1-4 night stay.

What if I want to keep working with you after these sessions?

The 90-Day Road Map is a great way for us to test one another out. You’ll walk away with an action plan that will benefit your business. And if we gel and want to keep going, I have several options for working together long-term.

Do you have other coaching programs or courses?

Yes, I have 1:1 coaching programs starting at $3500, depending on your needs. The first step is to fill out the connection form and choose that service in the field.

I also have a few courses and programs that will be RE-launching in early 2024 including a course on Instagram and Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing and Blogging. Let me know if you want more info.

What if I’m in an inconvenient time zone or work during the day?

I live in the U.S. Central Time Zone (Austin, Texas) Because the bulk of this program focuses on one-on-one work, I can normally accommodate just about any time zone or work schedule. In fact, I’ve worked with clients in Spain, Greece, and Great Britain. I have been known to plan coffee workshops at 7am (central) or “happy hour” workshops at 6pm central)

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The Road Map isn’t a course or a set of worksheets – it’s one-on-one time with me. I do not offer a money-back guarantee. I do give you MY BEST SELF and all my brains. Your success is my success!!!
